Executive Chef

Your intimate evening in Harvest will include an exceptional menu carefully crafted by our Executive Chef Ramiz Jasic.

Chef Ramiz Jasic draws inspiration from many style cuisines around the world to create a menu that is truly unique to the Adirondack region and restaurant scene. Chef is always highlighting what is local and in season.  The result is satisfying dishes that retain their bright and bold flavors found in many restaurant dishes.

The Harvest room was designed to be a modern Adirondack themed fine dining experience for our guests.  A classic but rustic atmosphere for our valued guests to enjoy.

Harvest Menu

  • Amuse-Bouche: Asgaards goat cheese bouche with braised fig and toasted pistachio
  • 1st course: Local tomato and cucumber gazpacho with basil granita
  • 2nd course: All from the woods - baby greens, local honey, balsamic vinaigrette, heirloom tomato, shaved radish
  • 3rd course: Harmony Hills pork tenderloin, cherry relish, creamy herbed polenta
  • 4th course: Summer Peach Parfait - Sugar House Creamery whipped cream, salted pine nut crumble, braised peach compote
