Join us lakeside on April 29th for a special evening as our culinary team comes together with Big Slide Brewery and Lake Placid Craft Brewing Company to host a five-course beer pairing dinner and the debut of new seasonal brews! Big Slide has quickly made a name for itself offering a wide variety of award-winning beers with styles from Sours and Goldens to Pale Ales, IPAs, Porters, Stouts, and Belgian beers. In addition, they’re known for their robust barrel-aging program and wild-fermented beers. The award-winning Lake Placid Craft Brewing Company is the older brother to Big Slide, as both highly regarded breweries were founded by brewmaster and current President of the Brewer’s Association, Chris Ericson.
Your experience will begin with a reception at 6pm in Boathouse featuring brews on tap and an assortment of appetizers followed by dinner at 7pm in the Pontiac Bay Ballroom where each course will be perfectly paired with a Big Slide or Lake Placid brew. Ericson and our executive chef, Ramiz Jasic, will guide you through each course throughout the evening.
